I always go here for my oil changes. I get in and out quickly and the prices are reasonable. I like that they don't try to push other services on you like Jiffy Lube does. I've always had good experiences here.

I get my oil changed at Prompto often, b/c of it's convenient location and price. I had brought my car to my dealership to repair a problem, and they mentioned that the wrong filter (or gasket, I can't remember) had been placed on the car during the last oil change at Prompto. I promptly brought it back to them so they could look at the problem and fix it. They looked at it and fixed it quickly with no charge to me, I showed them my receipt from my last oil change and the invoice from my dealership pointing out the problem. I continue to use Prompto despite them making this mistake, I have never had any other problems and they are always professional.
