Sales ordering fine. Install a nightmare. Workers didn't speak English. Had 2 garden areas I was concerned about. Asked at least 4x, if an issue. Told not a problem. Workers pulled out the plants in the floral garden. Saw a worker trample and flattened the 2nd garden intentionally. They damaged my new driveway with the dumpster. Witnessed the workers taking material I paid for and putting it in their truck. On my deck was my adjustable ladder I was using on my sunroom. It was missing. Workers took it & using on the garage side of the house. I asked the owner to look at the gardens. Response, put mulch down and the plants will come back. They were pulled out. Told it's just 2 small gardens. Now cost and time to cleanup and replace on me. Decades I have had a floral garden every season except winter. Told them final payment would be late as I was replacing the plants THEY destroyed. Was threatened with 18% charge. Told me you signed contract. Guess they can destroy property no chrg.
Description of Work: siding on 3 sides of house as front is brick. Project included trimming on all windows including brick front and 2 small windows in attic.

[Member Name Removed], I am very sadden and bemused by your review. Our Customer Service Manager and Crew Manager walked the premise of your home with you prior to the commencement of the project. They mentioned that for safety reasons the crew would need to place their ladders in the garden areas. Yes our crews speak minimal English, so we always have a PM or GM on site for the customer to directly communicate with. We are grateful for our crew. They are very humble, hard working, skilled individuals. They did extra work, to build a nice mounting area for your meter, and they expertly crafted trim for your windows. When you made me aware that the ladders and crews feet impacted your flower beds, I drove to your home to inspect the gardens. I mentioned that even though you were made aware of the impact from the ladders and crew, we would take responsibility and provide a solution to fix the gardens. I made several attempts to contact you by phone and txt, but you wouldn't afford me the opportunity to tell you that I bought a garden center gift card, garden gloves, and seeds. I wanted to come to your home and assist with refreshing and preparing the gardens so all the plants would bloom again in the spring. When the project was completed You walked the property with our GM and signed the agreement and mentioned you were pleased with our services. You agreed to pay your final invoice, but when you didn't we sent you a few email reminders, which you didn't respond to. Our GM called you, sent a txt, and emailed asking you to call him. You didn't respond, so he sent you an email stating the terms of the agreement that you signed. Our core values include open client communication and satisfaction. Therefore, we would still like the opportunity to give you the garden gifts. Thank you for now informing us of the driveway damage. Our dumpster service provider also agreed to inspect and pay for the driveway repair. We ask that you allow us to resolve these 2 issues for you. Sincerely Mighty Dog Roofing

We hired Mighty Dog Roofing to make a chimney flashing repair on our roof and they were super responsive and highly professional! Tom and Dan were great to work with and had our roof repaired within a week. We would definitely recommend their services to others.
