my house the same day, and a written estimate was immediately provided.
Once I was ready to get the job done, about 4 weeks later, due to a complicated
permit process, it kind of surprised me that it took several
phone calls to get any further service. I realize any business doesn't sit around
and wait for me to call but when I do, and when I'm paying a big price tag,
I expect a return phone call, immediately. Finally I ended out speaking with Kevin Sr and
he didn't have immediate access to my estimate, more as if there was an internal
communication gap. We had a spell of phone tag once again, but at least he was
returning my calls, and finally a couple more weeks
later, he stopped by again, we adjusted the work order as per city permit, and the estimate, and
we agreed on a mutually acceptable date and scheduled the job, weather pending.
I was very pleased that he came exactly when he said he was going to, right on time, ready to go to work.
That is excellent customer service in my book. The entire
process was done in an afternoon and I am very pleased with the results.
The laborers took care of the ensuing mess during the paving process
and the yard and drive was perfect when they left. Although a bit
pricy, and not my lowest estimate, I checked references and other jobs
in the area and I like the work they do. I would gladly recommend them.
