 + -1 moreIt continues to be a difficult to have this company complete work that is requested or return phone calls.
Description of Work: Property management of condo's. Mr McAvtavery has not followed up on work, makes false promise to complete work, and does not return phone calls. He is hostile and threatening when interacting or attempting to problem solve. Since his firm as acquired the care of our grounds the units are not plowed, lawn care is poor, and the entire property has declined in appearance. When attempting to contact he makes personal threats over the phone. All around poor service. I would think twice before signing a contract with this company.
