I use Sarah Haberkorn. This is the third loan that she had done for me, and all of the loans have closed early. This last loan closed 10 days early, which never happens. The communication/whole process is phenomenal. Each step of the process, we received an update. They send the notifications via email. They put a little video in there as well for what the next step is. Their pricing is very competitive.
