DURELL PAVING INC

I first requested quotes from several contractorsI through BBB. I only heard back from one, and he referred me to someone else, as he only did sealing. Subsequently, I came across Durell Paving, and sent a request directly by email. Ken called me back the next day and came out to review the job, I received a quote promptly. I then decided to modify the job slightly. Ken said and quot;no problemand quot; and sent me an updated quote and I sent him a check for half the job. I was leaving the state before he could do the job, so he requested that we meet at the site before I left to be sure we were on the same page. He also said he liked to meet his customers in person. I met him at the site the morning I left and was impressed with him and his attention to details. He had said up front that he couldn't do the job for about a month, but he did do the job when he said he would. I haven't seen the result, but my neighbor said and quot;it looks niceand quot;. I feel confident that all went as contracted. I'm a retired engineer. Ken's quote was brief, but contained all the detail I like to see regarding what he proposed to do. It was a pleasure dealing with Durell.
