Jeff showed up within the window Michelle gave us, he came in asked what the problem was, and we told him the heater wasn't working at all. He opened up the heater, cleaned it. Then began to do some troubleshooting.Within a half hour he found the problem and we had heat. Told my husband if he had any problems after he left to give him a call back. Jeff has been our serviceman for at least 12yrs. I don't know what we'd do with out him.
