I made an offer on a condo, it was accepted and I will be closing next week. This was all done in an area I had never physically been to. JoAnn has been a great resource and was definitely representing my interests.

I recently bought a bank owned house from JoAnn. She was extremely flexible with scheduling showings. Even though the houses were not in the best of conditions (winterized, no electricty, no heat), she came to each showing prepared with all the listing and bank info. After getting out-bid on 2 offers, our 3rd offer was accepted. 3 1/2 months later we closed a 203k loan. Throughout the entire process, JoAnn was speedy with responses, follow-ups, and appointments. She was on top of everything that needed to be done. She was a joy to work with and would strongly recommend her as a buyers agent.
