The installation almost immediately started causing problems by shorting out something that made by wife's car break down on two occasions and need to be towed. They fixed this but insisted on charging of the labor.  The next time the VW needed service we found that the dealer could no longer connect with their computer.  Another charge for $150 to the dealer to remove the radio and another charge from Audio Experts to put it back.   This happened again two months later and again this month when the radio prevented the car from passing state inspection.  We were ready to give up completely and just buy a new radio at Best Buy.  When it was to be installed, the Best Buy installer identified a wiring error in the original installation and mentioned what  sloppy installation it was.  
End of story, Best Buy fixed it for a nominal charge.  They lost the sale of the new radio but became our go-to place from now on. Go Best Buy.  Go away Audio Experts.

Parts were ordered, came in on time and the installation appointment went smoothly.  I am very pleased with the results.

I am very pleased with the work that was done. Dan was very helpful with picking out exactly what I described I wanted.  He only sold me what I was looking for and did not act like an obnoxious sales person at any time.  He took the time to listed to what I wanted and helped me choose a great Alpine system for my suv. 
I had an appointment scheduled and dropped my suv off first thing in the morning.  I did have a stipulation that it absolutely had to be done that day as I needed my vehicle back for the next day no excuses.  He assured me that would not be a problem.  He called me around 1:00pm that day and told me I was all set.  I am extremely happy with the quality of work his team did.  Everything fits perfectly, nothing was scratched and the components work awesome!  I will definitely recommend his shop to anyone looking for auto stereo purchases and installation work.
