After several leaks in our new home in both the roof and basement and numerous attempts to get Albert Estes Construction to fix the problems, they would not respond. We had to take Albert Estes to court and he used a New Hampshire law technicality that if you do not file a law suit within 3 years the contractor is not liable. Al Estes works with you somewhat and stalls up to the three years, then does not return phone calls or letters. We found out several other consumers had the same issue with Albert Estes and had we known we would not have him build our home. We hope Angie's List will help others from having the same problems with Albert Estes Construction.
Description of Work: Albert Estes construction built our home, he was pleasant and responsive during the building process. Once the closing took place he was less responsive, then after the first year he was not responsive at all. When the poor quality of his work started showing up he refused all phone calls and meetings.
