SNH Inspections & Testing Services perform residential and commercial environmental testing throughout most of New England. This would include mold (surface & air) testing, radon air and water testing, well water testing, bulk asbestos testing, and HUD FHA 203K consultancy. We follow industry ethical recommendation not to combine testing with remediation. So testing is our scope of expertise. All State of NH Residential and Commercial Property Inspection. Certified Radon wair and Water Testing, Certified well water quality testing, bulk asbestos testing, certified indoor air/mold testing. Also a HUD FHA 203K Consultant needed when borrower is pursuing an FHA 203K post closing rehabilitation loan.

We hired Mark three times for three properties over about an 18 month time span. We believed he was very thorough and we promptly received our reports each time. Unfortunately, the property that we ultimately purchased, based on his inspection finding no major irreparable issues, turned out not to be thoroughly inspected. We discovered after closing that there was a major carpenter ant and termite infestation that had been present for a very substantial amount of time. This delayed our ability to move into our home for 3 weeks and cost us over $5,000 in repairs. After many professionals hired to resolve this, all agreed that there was absolutely no reason that Mark should have missed this. After this absolute nightmare, I certainly could not recommend SNH Inspections.
