He is a craftsman who does excellent quality work inside and outside the house and charges very fair pricing you will be very happy with this man's homes skills Mike Nowicki and son Allen.

They did an excellent job and always did what they said they would do. Were always on time and very accommodating, Mike and his son Allen were very professional and possessed a variety of skills for home repairs. I may use them again for painting services

He was very honest, polite, clean, and thorough. He was communicative, and made sure we were happy and satisfied. He and his son Alan were very helpful. Couldn't say a bad thing about them if I tried. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their type of service. In fact, because of the work they have done, I have already looked to hire them again for another project.

It was great working with Mike. He i s honest, he takes real pride in his work, and he does a great job. We got our windows wrapped in aluminum and they look fantastic. Him and his son Alan were a pleasure to have. They did what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted. I would definitely recommend Mike.

Mike and his son Allen were top notch professionals. They installed outside metal window coverings on all our windows and repaired any rotten wood they found around our home. Fantastic job by both. I would highly recommend them for their great workmanship, value, and honesty. After the job, they cleaned up so well that you would have never thought anyone was here.

We contracted with Mike to remove our old dilapidated deck, add a new deck to our residential home, and install gutters. Mike provided a quote quickly. We felt the quote was fair and well thought out. During the quote process Mike emphasized that his aim was to make us happy. Our plans consisted of a picture we had pulled from the internet, so no plans, no details, just needed it scaled to the size of my deck. Mike and his team came in and quickly reduced our old deck to rubble, hauled it away, and began work. Mike updated us every day with the status and what would be worked on tomorrow. When a decision/choice had to be made along the way he asked how we wanted to proceed, always putting our needs first, not what was easiest for him, but his attitude was â what the customer wants, the customer getsâ . Mike has a can-do attitude and dealt with all our little changes (and there were a lot them ð ) without complaint. Working in this Covid environment, materials were scarce, and Mike had to go searching for materials on a daily basis. Mike provided quality materials and quality workmanship. He built us the deck of our dreams, to our specifications at a reasonable cost. He stayed on the project till the work was done and we assured him we were happy. We have a beautiful deck that is the envy of the neighborhood thanks to Mike and his team. We would recommend him for any of the services he provides and have already requested him to come back for some additional projects. Every homeowner wants in a contractor someone they can trust, who provides a fair price, is flexible, detail oriented, and completes quality work to the homeownersâ satisfaction. Mike is all that and more.

I was very pleased with all the work that was done. Other repair jobs were were needed and all was done to my satisfaction. Mike even checked out the roof and to my surprise, it only needs a few repairs. Not a new roof, to my relief. Mike was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Wow..! Mike Nowicki and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was in need of some window sill/trim and vinyl siding repair. Mike not only answered my first call, he wasted no time in coming to my home, checked out what I needed, and gave me a more than fair quote on the spot. He very much takes pride in his work and the results speak for themselves. He completed the work ahead of schedule and even did some other work that was not in the contract. He followed up with a call to ensure I was a happy customer - that work ethic puts him above his competition. I highly recommend Mike and his team for all of your home repair needs, and I look forward to hiring him for our next project.

Mike was very good to let me know what was happening as he went along. He worked in extreme cold to finish the job. I would recommend Mike. I love my new deck, looks amazing. Mike's prices are well below others I have gotten and work is fantastic.

Mr. Nowicki did a great job for me. Initially, I was looking to have an old aluminum storm window removed and sill repaired. I had estimates from other businesses, but Michael was able to do the repair and install a brand new beautiful window for just slightly more. He is a real professional who loves his work. He kept me informed as to what he would do and when he would do it (how long it would take). He went above and beyond what was required. He is a very nice person. I definitely recommend him!

Mike was amazing! I had a pipe burst and destroy a wall in the basement. I got several quotes and he beat them all. He is an expert at his trade, professional, and kind. He came to my house when he said he would and finished within the time he said it would take. He spoke with me every day before he started and after he was finished for the day. He cleaned the space up every day which wasn't expected, but nice. It's hard to find an excellent contractor and a great person. Mike is both and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor. Excellent work Mike!!

Mike loves his work, and it shows in the final result. I hired him to replace a kitchen crank out window as well as replace a living room crank out with a picture window. Mike showed what he was doing and why (I am ignorant of the ways or home repair). He even picked up and provided me with the touch up paint I would need! I highly recommend Mike, and will be hiring him for my future projects.

I hired Mike to remove and replace a 12'x20' deck. I am not a carpenter, but am quite skilled and wanted to do the deck myself, but could not afford the time to do the project. I found Mike through HomeAdvisor and was very impressed from the start simply because he answers his phone and will take the time to speak with you. He paid me a visit to discuss the plan and discuss options and concerns. He began the job as promised, and was noticeably clean and efficient. The work was very high quality with great attention to detail. Everything was level, plumb and lined up perfectly. "Good enough" had no place here. The deck is excellent. It is well planned, both aesthetically and structurally. It has good lines, is strong, clean in appearance, has nice details to it, and is well made. Additionally, I was quite surprised with the level of communication throughout the project. He continually wanted to ensure he was meeting or exceeding expectations. This was pleasantly different from other contractors I have worked with. On a job this big, I normally expect to have a little buyers remorse with a few things, be it price, or a detail here or there. But not here. I never expected to feel so happy and relaxed every time I look at the deck. I would do it again without hesitation. I am a very happy customer and NO regrets. Thanks Mike!

Mike and his workers were very professional in their work and behavior. His employees were polite and hard working., They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They tore down my old 10 x 10 deck which was falling apart. The new deck is beautiful 12 x 20 pressure treated deck. Top quality workmanship. Straight & level as you would expect, but with a lot of fine details that make it very nice looking, too. We will definitely hire Mike again for future home improvement projects.

During a 2017 Nor’easter, a tree in my front yard toppled against the front of my house, severely damaging the vinyl siding. Mike did an outstanding job replacing the vinyl siding. He promptly responded to my initial phone call, and soon thereafter visited the site and provided a fair estimate of the cost and likely scheduling for the work. All work was completed as scheduled and within his cost estimate. He and his team were scrupulous in keeping the work area clean of debris during the job. I would highly recommend Mike’s services.

I hired Mike in the fall of 2016 to replace the worn and drafty original windows throughout my house with new high efficiency windows. When searching for a contractor, I was pleased to find Mike, who lives in the same town as I do, and was able to give me a price well within my expectations. I write this review after having experienced the first full winter after installation, and the added warmth and comfort throughout the home was great. Mike along with one other worker professionally removed and replaced eleven double hung windows, and installed new interior trim in less than two work days, minimally impacting my own schedule. Mike welcomed me to observe their work and answered all my questions, resulting in confidence on the quality of work. It was evident that Mike is a highly skilled and trained window installer. They took their time and did not rush to complete the job. Mike and his worker kept my property clean and promptly collected of and disposed of the old materials. Overall, my experience with Mike was great, and I look forward to working with him on future projects, and would recommend him to anybody looking for a top notch window installer.
