I did not see him open any windows. So I guess he doesnt do windows. I dont think his roof inspection was thorough enough. As I didnt really see one. He told me he used binoculars but it is kinda a flat roof, so? But otherwise, it was good. The man who did the inspection was nice.

I am a first time home buyer and this is a crucial part of buying a home. I had to find my own inspector so I googled all the locals and their reviews and wasnâ t impressed. If you want someone thorough and humble Rich is your man. I got a quick response and an inspection set up within days. He spent 2.5 hours inspecting my home and told me everything he found wrong. He searches high and low for any little thing that is or might eventually become a problem. I highly recommend this man for your home as well. Donâ t just hire anyone do your research like I did.
