Scott and Chris modified my 30 year old sprinkler system by adding heads and installing soak lines in a flower garden and drip lines to 12 flower pots. This was accomplished in a meticulously manicured yard and when completed, you could not tell they were there. I was very impressed.

Scott installed a sprinkler system in the front and back yard of my parents home and his work was superb! He coordinated with the landscapers who were hydroseeding and the project was seamless. He is very professional, reliable and returns phone calls/texts promptly. My parents have received many compliments on their lawn and Scott is a large part of this. We just bought our home in December, had Kinney come out and take a look at it. There were breaks in the lines in several spots and sprinklers weren't in good spots. Although I decided to abandon the system because of it being in such disrepair, i would definitely use Kinney in the future. He showed me everything and what it would take to make everything functional again.

This is the first time I had used them. I went through HomeAdvisor, literally hit enter and 3 minutes later received a call from Kenny. He was professional, answered my questions, no hesitation, definitely knows his stuff, and gave me his prices right over the phone. I asked him when he could come out and he stated that although he had many appointments (this being Spring) he could get to me the very next day. He was running a bit late and called me to let me know this and asked if I still wanted him to come or reschedule. I told him to come as we were home all night and he was there when he said he would be. He was very informative, explained all he was doing and had done. The cost was great and Kenny was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be keeping him as our Irrigation guy and have him back in the Fall to blow out the lines. Scott Kinney called me back the same day, we discussed my leak, and the possibility of moving some sprinkler heads. He quoted a price, and although this is a very busy season for him, said he would come over within a day or two. He came over and within 5 minutes, he had the leak repaired. He then assessed my entire sprinkler system which was so inefficient. The heads were either blocked by growth or they simply didn't move or throw water. He changed the location of most of the heads, and adjusted the ones that were hardly working. Scott and his crew were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and he explained everything he was going to do in detail. Most important, I consider his prices to be very reasonable for all the work he did. I would highly recommend Kinney Irrigation & Landscaping. He is one very honest contractor.

I had already heard about the great reputation that Scott has from both the dealers that sell the parts and also from landscapers. He was positively professional in every way. So good with call backs and appointments, which is usually not a contractor's strong point. He really knows his stuff and my system is performing flawlessly. Also, he really takes the time to explain the system controls and features, which can be complex at first. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

The Kinney family has done work inside and outside of my house. We have been using his services for about 11 years. He and his wife are hard workers. They show up when they are supposed to and clean up after themselves. Their prices are very competitive with other businesses. I prefer to use Kinney Landscaping services because of their honesty and their professional ethics. .

Scott was extremely professional and efficient. He had an estimate within a day of first speaking with him and, once we agreed upon a price, immediately worked out a mutually agreeable schedule, including early, before work, visits. Scott had the plumbing done Friday morning and the sprinklers working perfectly by Saturday afternoon. They also repaired the disturbed areas from laying the pipe and heads, including reseeding, and made my lawn look perfect after the install Highly recommended!
