Joe Copp Painting

Joe did a great job. He brought all the equipment he needed. It went in 3 phases the first was removing heavy debris from the gutter. While he went along doing that he also sprayed a cleaning solution to the out side of the gutter and surrounding area. As he removed the debris he placed it into a small bucket that was emptied into a waste receptacle. Once that was completed a jet nozzle was attached to a wand that was fed by a pressure washer. Joe went the length of the gutter to remove any fine debris. A hose was then used to clean the down spouts. When that was complete the pressure washer with a second wand was used to remove the cleaning solution from the outside of the gutter and surrounding area. The gutter looked great. Better than I expected.

Joe has done work for me in the past. This is my second time as I was
very satisfied with his first job. I called him to give me an estimate
on painting my sun porch. He came over within a day and emailed me
back that same day with an estimate. (the quote was well within
expectations considering the size of the job) He came back at my
convenience to have me choose a paint color from chips he had. We
discussed timing. He came back again and painted swatches to confirm
the color. He returned on the day and at the time we had agreed on to
start the job. The enclosed sunporch has wall to wall carpeting,and
ensured everything was protected. He took down blinds from the 3
windows, and agreed to take them to the dump for me. On the first day he
had completed ceiling, trim, prime coat and the first color coat. He
then left for the day because he wanted to make sure the first coat
dried so he could check that coverage was adequate when he returned the
next day. He returned promptly the second day, and applied a second
color coat to ensure the final color was a desired. He installed the
new blinds, and cleaned up after himself (including vacuuming the rug)

The entire job was well within the quoted price and finished before the
estimated time. I found Joe to be very friendly, and accommodating. He
uses his time efficiently and is very industrious.
