I don't understand why instead of drilling 2 more holes in wall, they would not replace the ones already there. I ask and they said "i don't know" i said what about the old one and was told they will be dumby ones. The worse was suppose to be here by 8:30am, i had to call at almost 10am to find out where they were.

We had numerous outlets stop working after plugging in an air conditioner.  I called in the morning and spoke to the owner, Ken, personally and explained the problem.  He came that morning. He and his team quickly went to work and located the problem very quickly.  Turns out two outlets had wires that were bad and could have possibly caught fire.  Kent explained what and why this had happened.  He suggested we put in an outlet solely for the air conditioner so that problem would not happen again.  They were able to do this right at that time.  They went to work and put the line in.  It was all said and done in less than 2 hours.  I really liked Ken and his team.  They were very pleasant and professional, came out as quickly as they could and did the job.  I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and will be using him for other electrical issues in my home.  Thanks Ken!!

My experience went very well. The tenant said they staff was very good and in and out quickly. The pricing was reasonable and have used this them again since. I would recommend this company to others.

They showed up at the appointed time. Did the job that needed to be done and cleaned up after themselves. A fantastic job and I will be using them again. They were friendly and professional at all times.

I called for an initial inspection of Knob and Tube wiring removal. Ken and John came out within a couple of days for the inspection. Upon arrival they were extremely friendly and professional. They did a full inspection of my Knob & Tube circuit as well as my current electrical setup, and fixed a small issue from the previous owners to the breakers. I knew that two lights and two outlets were connected to the Knob & Tube circuit. We scheduled a return visit to complete the work (roughly 1 week later).
They were extremely punctual on arriving for the stated times. They began by disabling the old circuit, at which time we discovered that an additional light 2 rooms away was connected as well. They were able to be creative about the manner in which this was removed, since the lighting was in a dropped ceiling. They were able to go through the floor upstairs (near the two outlets to be replaced) and saved me a headache on remodeling a ceiling!
Since they were already in the walls in several areas, I asked about some last minute additions (new light installation in our hallway as well as light switches and a dimmer for the additional light found on the circuit, since the old was a pull-string). They gave me an updated estimate for the work, and offered to install some wired Smoke & CO2 detectors, since I had some pretty bad battery devices. Ken and John were extremely friendly during the whole process of me asking for additional work on the spot, as well as being extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the benefit of adding the wired detectors. I have an old house, so any improved safety is a big deal for me.
They had to come back for a second day to wrap up the extra work I requested, and installed all of the new fixtures we'd purchased. They were able to keep the amount of holes in the wall to an extreme minimum, I was extremely impressed and satisfied at how little they had to remove to get the old wiring out and the new wiring in. Half of the holes were able to be covered by the new detectors anyway.
We provided our 4 new fixtures, they provided everything else for the work (receptacles, switches, dimmers, Smoke/CO2 detectors).
They were extremely accurate on the estimates, the final estimate with all extras included was ~$2200, and they came in at $2235 for the final invoice. They were very considerate of everything they were doing, and cleaned up perfectly when they were done with the work. I would highly recommend them, they are very professional, personable, and their work is top quality. I'll be going back to them for any additional work if it's ever needed!

I had an electrical problem in the apartment house, I looked up two electrians in the BBB of NH Icalled both and received a callback from Dalpe Electrical . Ken  said he could be at the location by two thirty that afternoon,he then gave me the cost of the initial service call and services that he would perform and the amount of time he would be there for that cost.He arrived on time,diagnosed the problem, made an temporary electrical adjustment to one box, for convience of the tenants and explained how we would proceed on the following day. Public Service was not available the following day so Ken called me and adjusted things for thursday. He described all he would do and gave me an estimated cost. On thursday he arrived on time, started his job,completed all he could,Public Service then arrived,did their part,Ken then completed his part,he then gave me a final cost,cleaned up the working area of debris and left.

They arrived on time and very punctual and professional. I like that it is family business with father/son team.  They charged $150/hour for the team.  They ended up having to leave to pick up some supplies (dimmer switches) and charged for their time away. When they returned they had the wrong color and had to leave again but did not charge for the second trip.  Not sure if it is customary to charge for the time spent getting supplies.  If I need more work done I would use them again but would probably get my own supplies ahead of time...

This was as smooth as it could be.  My tenant was happy the problem was resolved so quickly, and I was thrilled that I didn't have to take time off to go up to the condo myself.  Ken was professional and prompt!  The only reason for my delay in posting this review is that I just now joined Angie's List.
