Mike and this company are top notch from quote to finish. Mike is exceptionally skilled and a genuinely kind and knowledgeable person. His time management skills and professionalism made sure everything was finished in a timely manner. We could not be happier with the work. The job was done well and timely. However, $785 to replace a toilet flange and put the toilet back on is excessive. The entire job took less than 1.5 hours. I have other plumbing projects and will not be using this vendor.

Plumber and helper showed up within the time window, and we went through the requested work. They split an existing cold water line, ran PEX to the spigot location, and installed the new spigot with a local shut-off value inside the house. I'm always pleased with the quality of work they provide, though sometimes the price carries some sticker shock.

Two technicians arrived on-time; one concentrated on furnace maintenance, the other on the plumbing jobs. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They clearly explained the problems that would be corrected by the repairs. They demonstrated the problems that were being fixed, giving me assurance that the repairs really needed to be done. They answered all of my questions. I now know what to watch for in the future to prevent small problems from becoming bigger ones. Their workmanship was good and they used higher quality materials. After-the-job cleanup was excellent. When they left there was very little additional cleanup for me to do. I have confidence in their work and will call Daigle Plumbing & Heating again for future repairs.

Couldn't have been better. Dave came over and knew right away what was wrong. It was one of the furnace motors. He even had the motor on the truck and fixed it within the hour. No more noise nor vibration. I will always use Daigle !!!!

When was the last time that you had somebody who came back with a rag and washed up the floor and cleans all the drips that made it up the stairs when he took out the water heater? This guy was like having your mom taking care of replacing the water heater. They were prompt they call you when they're like 10 minutes away so you should know they're on their way. I recommend them to everybody I know.

They do such clean work. They had to dig into the yard to find where it happened. They were the first people to notice the 2 lines that go into my house. They united the two lines together.

"Dear Mr. [Members Name], We take great pride in our work and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We wish you had brought your concerns to our attention sooner. We have reviewed our records and regarding the October 2014 service call, there seems to be some confusion. Our technician responded to your complaint of “slow drains”. Where the plumbing was original to the house and dated back to the 1930’s, we were able to clear the drains temporarily. In order to prevent future blockages, the piping would need to be updated as well as reconfigured. This was reviewed with you and pictures were taken in order to provide you with a proper quote. The fee for the service call was billed at our regular rate, not overtime. In addition, a $20.00 credit was given at that time of service. We understand that being faced with plumbing issues and updating existing systems can be overwhelming and frustrating. It was an emergency and we didnt have any heat. The technician came on a holiday to fix it and he was unable to reach other entities to fix the issue. It was bad timing and not necessarily his fault.
