The whole process went extremely well. Paul and his brother Pete were just great. Pete is a real perfectionist and kept all the work going smoothly. The workers were great. Can't say enough about them. We would recommend them highly for modular home construction.

Paul and Peter George are the owners of the company. They were great about everything. I knew what I had to expect; they lived up to everything that they told me. They came out on time. I felt like all my expectations were met. I knew what I was getting into; the prices came out just the way it was discussed; I knew what I was getting; and I got what I was expecting. It was done all on time. It was an unusual experience in home building. I did not have any complaints with them. They did everything very well in spite of bad weather. I would highly recommend them to others.

The process went far, far better than we expected. From the start, we could see that CMH was different. Instead of 3 references, Paul gave us a list of every home he built in the past several years and invited us to call his former customers. They called us back quickly, with glowing praise. One even invited us to see their home. There were bumps in the road, but Peter and Paul handled them like true pros. Our confidence in our builder grew with each passing week. We started going by the new house at least once a day to make sure that our builder wasn't cutting corners. In a few weeks, we went to the new house more out of the excitement of seeing progress. We learned that Peter and Paul take tremendous pride in their work. They don't cut corners. Instead, they go the extra mile even when they don't have to. They find the best subcontractors, not the cheapest. They get their work done on time. The building site is clean. Relationships with new neighbors strengthened. (We had one neighbor who started out being a pain but has become a great neighbor. We think the care and concern of our builders had a lot to do with that.) When we made changes, they gave us fair pricing for the modifications rather than trying to squeeze every penny they could from us. I would strongly recommend this contractor.
