They come over twice a year. I have nothing but good mark with them. They were very friendly and did everything they cane to help.

Colonial was the original plumber hired for a variety of issues in this older, much added to house. Over time, Colonial became associated with various other plumbing firms, during which some confusion occurred over a particular club membership. Once this confusion was exposed, Colonial was the most helpful in sorting out where that money ended up, and has actively pursued the paper trail for us.
At this point, I am not only very happy with the competence of the Colonial plumbers, but also their business ethics and professionalism. I will not be calling anyone else.

I had a leak in my basement and called Colonial Plumbing. They had a manager get back to me within 15 minutes of my inital call to set up the appointment and to figure out how bad the situation was. Don came out and checked through where the leak seemed to be originating. He wasn't excited about it, but he had to tear out some drywall and some the ceiling in the bathroom to find out the problem wasn't my plumbing at all, but from poorly installed flashing around my vent stacks. Don removed the drywall that he took when leaving and left the bathroom as clean as he could. About 2 weeks later when I had some frozen pipes, I called again and while Colonial Plumbing was booked up for 3 days, Don called back within 15 minutes and walked me through what I needed to do to try to keep the pipes from bursting. Very professional, courteous, and helpful.

He did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself. He's a little expensive, but he guarantees his work for 2 years. He's very good. He even wore booties to protect our new carpet. He accepts credit cards and that is a big reason why I chose him. He does commercial as well as residential work.
