I wrote a previous review giving Chris high marks after he stepped in when I was left high and dry by another handyman. Unfortunately, after doing one day's work and finishing the jobs I needed done at that time, Chris never got back to me on any of my other jobs. He told me he wanted to take on the window replacement job (one bow window and sill) and would provide an estimate. I called after a week and he told me he was waiting to hear back from Anderson Windows and it should be any day. Chris never called back after that. I called him once more when I had an emergency, but again, he did not contact me. So, apparently he just needed a short term cash inflow. He was a nice guy and did good work for the projects he did do; too bad he is not responsible.

Chris stepped in when I was left high and dry at the last moment by another handyman. We had only just moved in to a new home, and the faucet was leaking and required replacing. Chris returned my call in a timely manner; He stated he would be over at 8 a.m. to look at the work required and he was exactly on time. Chris looked at the work needed, gave me an estimate as to time, and promptly began the job. The faucet was a heck of a hassle as it had been there for decades and was severely corroded. The shelves look great, and the basement toilet is now running wonderfully. :)
I have asked Chris for an estimate on larger jobs. I have a bow window that I would like replaced, along with the sill; There is an attached porch in the back of the house which I would like to have taken down to the frame and rebuilt. Eventually, I want to rebuild the attached one-car garage and foyer area, bump out our kitchen, and rebuild into a two car garage with a bonus room. We will see if Chris is up to these jobs and I will update as necessary.
Overall I found Chris to be highly professional, timely, honest, and a contractor who knows what he is doing. Would I hire him again? You betcha!

Great, When I meet with Chris I explained what I needed and he came back with the new plan and this man is good he can see something that is not done and know how it will come out. He told me he would handle everything so it would not be so much on me since we still did have to still live in the house. He always keep me informed but when he did I always felt as though I was in good hands I dont know how he did it. Always kept things clean just great
