I have used this company for years. They do a great job. If I have any problems, (which only happened a couple of times) they come right back to spray again.

The service they offer is good. They offer non toxic and pet safe products. They are suppose to contact us to come out for the quarterly checkup but sometimes we have to call them. Since they have been coming out we haven't had any issues.

Still waiting for RESPONSE.....its now 7/13/2011...... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
today is July 18th 2011.... i had called one more time, got the owner "Larry Johnson" i asked why NO response after 2 months of me trying to get him.... ready for this : said he never got any email's, nor phone messages, {when i clearly heard his voice on message machine}...told me his daughter got married....told me he got in accident, then told me he had a heart attach, ... funny how no one else called me back seeing that its "LLC' ...i told him about my right up on "Angie's List", he got very Angry... i then just hung the phone up....his son Eric called me back, again with excuses of the same nature about 20 minute's later, i was going to have them come back today, but my heart keep's telling me NO.... i called and left message with Larry himself, that i do NOT trust this company, there for do NOT come to my home....Lesson is, ALWAYS come to "Angie's List First" i know i will...
