Team was punctual, respectful and made sure we understood the process.  Left the site clean each day.   Trash removed using a dumpster.  House looks terrific.   Home has extended 4 season room and 2 car garage.  Couldn't have been happier.  We were one of 3 homes done on our street.  2 had both windows and siding; the other siding only.

We had a couple of problem areas. One being my daughters bedroom which had windows that were not fitted properly as we were having problems with moisture. Unfortunately we had an energy audit that we did not get the results of until after we had signed the contract and work had started. Our house and windows were very efficient. On the positive side these windows are much easier to open than our old ones. Looking back I really did not like the sales approach from this company. First at a trade show he was doing his presentation in overalls trying to give the impression of a down to earth honest person. This was one of three companies when had come out and give estimates. To be honest, he made a connection with my husband, and they were all about the same price range. What I did not like was we did not get any discount when he realized we did not want the muntin to create small panes on our windows. We have small windows and enjoy the wildlife in our yard and did not want to obstruct our view. I also did not like the fact I had to decide right then and there what I wanted. I had not really looked around at houses in the area and might have decided to have the panes knowing that all the houses in the area had them and it might be a selling point later on. The job itself was put off due to a bigger job they had and we ended up having it done much later than we wanted. My husband took days off to make sure things were done correctly but did not catch everything. We have a couple of and quot;rawand quot; edges where something was cut off and not capped. They were supposed to caulk around the outside of the windows but that did not happen, my husband the next summer caulked those areas. We discovered last year that they replaced a window on the side of our house and had not repaired the framing area so now we have a small hole on the edge of the window frame that we need to repair! Overall I would never use this company again, they tried and did cut corners when no one was watching and left us with areas that now need to be fixed.

Everyone involved was on time from giving the estimate, the work and closing. The crews knew their jobs, worked continuously and they asked questions when appropriate. Advice was offered when unforeseen circumstances arose, such as discovering the underpinning of an attached porch was rotted. Was not pressured to go with any particular decision. Price for all was reasonable and the little "extras" were thorough in to making our house look it's best! All details were explained in advance and any changes were efficiently documented. Would highly recommend.

Expert quoting, installation and cleanup. Price was in the middle of
the estimates I received, but the work was far superior to the work a
neighbor had done by a different company for $5K less. Don runs a great
shop, with competent on-site management, expert installers, caring
concern for customer's every whim, and excellent clean up. And, a
multi-year guaranteed to provide repairs even if the damage is the
customer's fault. I've hired numerous contractors to do work on my
home, and Don's company stands out as one of the very best. You won't
be disappointed!
