+ -1 moreJack introduced himself upon arrival and didn't mind me "looking over his shoulder" as he explained the problem.
Description of Work: He examined the problem, made sure he knew all the parts needed, and went and got them! He then installed the parts (plumbing under the sink) and let me know everything he had done. Upon heading out he advised to call him if there was any problem with the work.
