Thank you to Tim for all of the information and the availability to set up the inspection by my schedule.  Silas and Aaron were right on time (they beat me there) and very professional. The cleaned the chimney and flue as well as the fireplace. We have a wood burning fireplace and oil boiler to be inspected. They did this, took pictures to show me any concerns and wrote up their report that they left with me. We had a level II inspection done for the purchase of a home. Thanks guys! This was an easy transaction that I feel confident about!

I can't begin to say how pleased I am with Tim and his staff. When I first placed my order I explained that I'm new to the area and didn't have an electrician. No problem said Tim, I'll take care of it..and he did. Aaron & Silas showed up on time and meticulously cleaned the fireplace including the unburnt wood from the night before. They were careful not to make any mess placing drop cloths down and moving the TV so it wouldn't get damaged. The install was quick and they took the time to explain how to use the product (Quadra Fire Mt. Vernon Pellet Insert). It works incredibly..I have a 1000 sq. poorly insulated cottage and we hit 80 degrees inside while it was 17 degrees outside. But most important was when I got home from dinner and the flame was out ( I ran out of pellets) I could not get it started again. It was 8:30 pm on Friday night and I called the cell # on the business card...It was Tim's (the owner). He was so helpful and patient as he spent the next 24 minutes on the phone (after hours on a weekend) he walked me thru the start up process and got us up and running again. Tim and his staff at White Mountain Stove are the reason why shopping the local family owned business is always better than saving a buck or two at the big box store. Thanks again...you guys were great!

Brought a pellet stove from White Mountain Stoves last December. The store had a large selection of stoves to choice from.
They installed the stove professionally and cleaned up after they were done. I called the store a few times for help on operating the stove and Tim was very patient and helpful with walking me through the steps to get it operating for the first time.
We enjoy using the stove every chance we get.

I cannot say enough good things about Tim Jackson and the White Mountain Stove Shop. Tim came out, looked at my situation, gave me a quote, made an additional recommendation (which I took instead of my original choice), met my price, installed on time, quickly and professionally (I bought a Napoleon Propane Stove to replace my woodstove) and offered a 6 year service warranty.
A few months later I had an issue with backdraft pulling some of the exhaust back into the house. Tim came right out (twice) to examine and fix the issue. He was always a professional.
