They told me that they would get the pine pitch off the car and get all the fine scratches out. The car's interior was very wet from the shampooing of the carpets. The pine pitch was not removed they just polished it in and looked terrible. Whatever they used for the interior panels turned a white color also looked terrible. The quality of work they showed us they do there is just not professional, all the concerns we mentioned about the car and how awful it looked they just told us we didn't know what we were talking about. Not only was the service not done well or professionally there were a lot of younger "kids" around the place and made me feel very uncomfortable. To sum up my experience at this place it was down right awful and I will never go there again!
