The experience was very good.  They came out and rescued me.  These people know their business and I would certainly have do more extensive work that needs to be done. 

Asked our builder for a recommendation of who to call since this was our first septic service since buiding the house.  Did not do any comparison shopping.   Called Quint in April and they offered to come right away but warned there were additional disposal fees during the freezing months so we told them to put us on their "after freeze" waiting list. They came about 4-6 weeks later. We had dug up the area of the distribution box, at their request,  prior to their arrival and since we didn't know exactly when they were coming, this was a bit of an eye-sore till they arrived. They came, they pumped, they left. We covered the hole again.  They did warn us that we had waited too long and to get on a regular/shorter pumping schedule.
