Real Estate Service
Jim is like a good-all-boy. He worked really hard at selling our property. He was informative about the cost in the area. He gave a realistic guidance to what was going on in the area at that time. He did not tell us what price to sell the house for. He was also informative when approached about taking out the property. Actually, it was a good time to sell a mobile home in that area where they were selling at that time. He knew the area and the real estate market well. He was generally a nice guy to deal with.
