Terrible!  Avoid this company like the plague!  The installer made unecessary holes in my kitchen cabinets to secure the over-the-range microwave.  He neglected to use the install template before drilling, so the holes are out of place and very large.  The microwave included 3 bolts for the install....he only used two and used sheet-metal screws going directly into the microwave instead.  Yes...you read correctly...he screwed through the cabinet and into the microwave's casing to secure it to the kitchen cabinet...which he warped.  The cabinet doors weren't even closing after he was done.  Oh and I have photos to prove this mess!
