     I recently had my companies computers repaired with your company and you guys did a great job on them. So well in fact that I thought of having my own computer checked out by you because it was running extremely slow. I live in MA and could have brought it to someplace close to my home but decided to give your company a shot seeing what a great job you did with the business computers. I have to say that not only did you fix my computer, but it runs better than it did when I first got it. You said it had a bad mother board and could have sent me on my way to buy a new computer but you took the time to evaluate my options and for a very reasonable price, replace the board and upgraded my CPU. You told me that it would be much faster and were right, IT FLIES! I work in a retail field both full time and part time and I know what it is like to get only negative feedback from customers. So I thought it would be nice to send this letter to you and let you know you have a customer for life. Even though I live in MA it is worth the drive up to NH to have my computer repaired, knowing it will be done with great customer service and a great price. Thanks for the new computer.
