Seemed to go well except after a few days we realized that there were many squeaks and there were what looked like nail/staple bumps across the floor - i asked them if they had checked on how well the underlayment was fastened to the joists or if they had put in some additional screws they said no and that they had done a standard job - I told them there were no squeaks before the work and I wanted them to fix it - they refused - after a few days of this standoff they got angry and told me they would refund some money and that if I wanted them to redo it I had to put additional fasteners to the joists through the vinyl (virtually impossible to do I believe) and then they would put another layer of vinyl over the new flooring - We felt this was not adequate since we had stripped off the old flooring and luan because we did not want another layer of flooring built up in our kitchen.
Description of Work: installed new vinyl flooring and underlayment
