We had to cut into the new drywalls because of an issue with the new heat system. Ralph did repair those without an issue. But the other areas he repaired were left for me to clean up after! The other places through out the house that need to be mudded (small spots), were done. However all the sanding done on them was just left on my floor/baseboards/walls and I had to clean them. The caulking that was done to the shower is a mess. It is fixed but I have extra caulking all over my shower walls as well as in my bathroom sink. I assume used to clean up in. I even nicely mentioned I had a hand held vacuum to use to clean...didn't get the hint. I am not sure but I felt that Ralph usually has someone to work with him, but they were not available. I would have preferred he waited and hand that person with him. I understand Ralph is going to retire but I still would have liked to get good quality service that I paid for. I was going to have him put in 2 windows and a new door on, but after this decided not to use him again. His is a nice man, but should never leave the area he worked in dirty for the homeowner to clean!
