Discloser -- I used the new Prompto on second street in Manchester NH not the Concord shop.
these guys were great, the communication between themselves while performing an oil change was like nothing I've ever seen. They worked with the efficency of a NASCAR pit crew, quite impressive. I know, it's just an oil change but after using other lube shops in the Manchester NH area, dealing with sub par work and the constant up-sale pressure it was nice to have a quick, professionally preformed oil and lube. I left feeling secure in the fact that they did a thorough job at a great price. Good job guys!

I like and use Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change because I have a handicapped accessible vehicle and it can't go on a lift so I drive my car in over a hole with a guy underneath to do the service. If you just need an oil change it's a great place to go.
