North American Exterior Cleaning

We have used North American several times and every time they have exceeded our expectations. Very affordable, professional, reliable and prompt. Always checked in with us before the work was done and after to make sure we were satisfied. Couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend this company. Call early in the spring is best.

Fantastic! The crew was pleasant and considerate, worked hard, and explained everything they did. We asked for exterior cleaning of north facing walls for mold and grime removal, similar cleaning under all the gutters, and surface cleaning of our aging wooden deck. The results are excellent, everything we hoped for, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

They did a job that I could no longer do myself, clean the gutter in the back of my small home, that ran the length of the house. They did the job quickly and left absolutely no mess behind when they were done. The men were professional and very polite and very pleasant. The job was done very quickly, less then 15 min. North American Exterior Cleaning offers other services that I probably will be looking in to.

Crew worked hard and did a good job on the house. My house has some weird angles and is pretty high in some places, but it didn't phase the guys at all. The rust removal on the chimney had limited effect so probably won't have that done next time.

In the 36 years that I have been cleaning my gutters, I have never had an experience like this. They arrived 30 minutes early which was fine and were packed up to leave in 20 minutes. Contractors have always run water through the gutters after cleaning them. I am not going to be able to view the work, but I can see the debris that comes out from the water, and then I know the gutters are clean. I was informed that they only clean the gutters by hand, so I have no idea if they are clean, and paid $150 for twenty minutes of work.

John and his crew were punctual,very professional,courteous,and did the most amazing job on my house. They got areas clean that I would not have expected to get clean. They worked through out the day with no breaks till the job was done! I can’t say enough about this company and I very highly recommended them for any cleaning job. 5+ stars and would hire them again with no hesitation!

John, the owner came shortly after my call to give an estimate on the service I wanted and explained the process and pricing. He was very friendly and on time. We kept communicating because the service days would change because of the many snow storm or I was out, but he kept the time frame I wanted. John came with his co-worker Chuck and they cleaned the windows in an out and the sills, his company also does screen cleaning. I added then the patio and exit door and paid the difference. Cleaning was done on a 2 story partially 3 story high house of approx 2600 sq. The windows are beautiful like new, I can't believe I have not used ever a window cleaning service. Depending on light you could think there is no glass! Some windows have not been cleaned since ages. Their cleaning product is environmentally safe and has no odor, the windows a sprayed, washed with a sponge and then dry swiped with a squeegee. They take out the screens to access the glass and then put them back in. John has all the equipment to perform such job, they worked efficiently and thoroughly. 2) The gutter service I originally planned like a possible cleaning and gutter covers repairs did not go through as there was much snow and ice after the snowstorm and I declined.  I wanted windows cleaned for an Open House and it helped me greatly, I was already physically challenged to do it myself and I believe, it strongly made a great impression on visitors. I recommend anyone to have windows cleaned before an open house and give a try with North American Exterior Cleaning! Great Service and people.
