it went very well wit Home Depot. The sales person Knew his product very well and even helped us get a 10% discount. The person came on time to do the mesurements. He was very polite and helpful. He said you just had the areas I mesured so tell the installers to be careful. The installers arrived when they said they would. I told them about the remolding and please be very careful. They could have cared less. They damaged walls in several places because the were in a big hurry to get to the next job. They were suppose to trim the carpets loose ends. They did not. The two seams they did popped up. They never asked us how we wanted the landing area. They did a poor job on the stairs as well. When it came to the clean up they were suppose to do it was a joke. Plus they ended up taking one of my power tools with them. I complained to Home Depot. They sent a person out with in an hour. They were as angry at the install as we were. They got the installers back out and made it right. The installer if he did the job right would have gotten an A but got an F instead. I think Home Depot should get a B.

It went wonderfully. The installers arrived just when they said they would. They were courteous and professional, working efficiently and effectively. They were finished within a couple of hours and cleaned up everything meticulously. They were also very careful in carrying new and old carpeting past furniture and around tight corners. We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet and the installation. We would most definitely by carpeting again from Home Depot.

I love using the home depot in Concord for home improvements. Last year I purchased insulated blinds for all my windows, and Robyn at the home depot was great about helping me sort through my options. John the installer was also friendly and efficient. So when I decided to have my bedroom carpet replaced, I went back. Robyn helped me again by telling me about the different kinds of carpeting, and the benefits of each. Placing my order was a snap, and within a week, American Carpet South was calling to schedule the install. They worked with my schedule, and within a week, the truck was here. My one complaint was that the representative I spoke to said that they would call me between 730 and 900 to let me know when the installers would arrive. No one ever called (or left a voicemail), so I was still in bed at 8 oclock when the truck pulled in! So that wasn't fun, but the guys were nice and worked quickly. The carpet I had chosen had a pattern on it, and they did a wonderful job at making sure everything lined up at the seams. They even carpeted a small closet that wasn't in the initial estimate (I had completely forgotten about it). ACS is very committed to customer satisfaction. They request that you rate them on a scale of 1 to 10, but they specify that they view a 9 as a failure. I gave them a 10, so I can't say what measures they would have taken if I hadn't. Overall, I was happy. They new carpet looks great.

Everything went smoothly. They generally have some deals on a few types of carpet. You buy in the store and they contract out the measuring and installation.
