Insurance Agencies
I have been insured by Farm Family for over 15 years for both Auto and Homeowners insurance.
The customer service is only as good as the ladies who answer the phone since my agent is unwilling to communicate.
Currently (since Danielle left) the employees are unprofessional. I can clearly here them eating/smacking their lips and coughing into the phone. These are basic phone no-nos, even for NH. With every question comes incredulous comments and multiple days, and at times a week, to return my calls. They try to answer all the questions intended for my agent (Anthony Viscusi). For some reason Anthony is unavailable via phone and email. I have emailed, left voice and left messages for Anthony. I haven't had the opportunity to speak with Anthony since I first signed up for insurance 15 years ago.
The rates started out reasonable and have increased sharply. Beware if you think the rates are competitive.
The claims process has always been seamless and painless.
There are too many good agents out there who offer personalized service. Anthony Viscusi and office is not that place.
