This guy can do anything and he does it all with incredible skill and efficiency. He was always very careful of costs and his estimates were so close as to be scary. When something was going to be more than he had anticipated, he would speak to us directly and let us know our options. We sometimes through odd requests at him and he never flinched. The house is now gorgeous as is the new barn and David did every aspect of the work with the exception of the plumbing and electrical work. The sub contractors he used were all just as capable and honest as he was an on one occasion when someone did not live up to a promise for the second time, he fired him and got a replacement within days. We had great dreams for our home and David made all of them happen. We are not ashamed to add that he has become a good friend as well, and it is because of his decency, his patience, his kindness and his integrity. I recommended him to a friend who did a complete construction next door to us and he has not stopped thanking me for the recommendation. I would recommend David Lambert in the highest terms especially for bathroom and kitchen remodeling which are his specialties. Today he poured a concrete floor in a storage area below the house, even building a ramp through our rose bushes to convey the concrete and did not so much as damage a bud! How lucky we were to find him.
