Countryside Lock and Key

Lost all keys to my car. Had these guys come out they cut a key that didnt work with the vehicle. Charged $315. They insisted that the ignition and locks must have been changed and I should go to a dealership. Dealership was able to pull multiple key codes for the vehicle but could not tell me what one to use. As nissan doesnt keep good track of keycodes especially with older models. Ended up calling 603 lock and key and they were able to make a key and program it with in a hour. I called back countryside to have a conversation about their unprofessional attitude and poor job to get a refund and they refused and said it was my problem I had an older car. Then they hung up on me. So if you are looking for a real locksmith and not a mobile hack. Call (Service Provider Name Removed) instead and save yourself time and money.

Hired them to install new locks and deadbolts on three entry doors. Justin was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He had all three completed in just a couple of hours. I would highly recommend calling Countryside when you need locksmith services or security advice.

Prompt, professional, clean installation. Installed two deadbolts, one on each entry door. Had them key the deadbolt to the main lock. Job done quickly and as expected. Highly recommended.

I called Justin around 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a Friday and told Justin that I had lost the key to my truck. Justin told me that he could meet me at my house at 5 pm and program a new key. Justin arrived just as promised and within 15 minutes I had a new key for my truck as well as a new key fob which I did not have previously. Very Professional.

The locksmith showed up very quickly and was able to replace the lock as he had the replacement in his truck. The price seemed a little high given the length of time he took to replace the lock but I guess the price was pretty standard. He also told me before he started what the price was going to be.

Was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Justin came to my condo and was able to replace the lock on my mailbox within minutes and even gave me advice on how to keep the lock working properly because it is an outside lock. He was able to get the job done in approximately 15-20 minutes. Extremely professional and efficient! We had an emergency situation where the EMTs attempted to gain access through the sliding glass door. They broke the locking mechanism, and we have not been able to open the door in years. In the meantime, our fridge needed replacing and our only option was to fix the slider. Justin came out, sized up the situation, replaced the system, added a bar, and expanded the opening so our new refrigerator could come through the slider. He did nothing without an explanation, and was extremely pleasant throughout the entire job. Additionally, he was clean - both personally and in his work. I would recommend Justin and Countryside Lock and Key to EVERYBODY that needs lock service!
