He is a nice, honest guy. They did quick work, and educated me and explained to me why the roof rotted. Then he took me around the house and pointed put other issues and explained them to me. He even changed a high light bulb in my backyard for no charge. He then came back later and helped my father out with installing a new microwave for me.
