Poor Customer Service!
Do not buy windows here!!! Customer service is awful! I ordered a horizontal fixed window and they made me a vertical double hung window. My wife brought it in to return and they would not even help her unload the window from her car. The window was months late being made, was clearly not correct, and was too large to fit the rough opening that I provided. They refused to provide me the correct window without incurring over $400 in new charges. They refused to return the $250 deposit that I initially put down. Very disappointed, as I used Beckett?s many times in the past, but NO more!

No nonsense quote and realistic installation date. Work was performed professionally and completely as requested. Cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.
