They were okay. It just took a while to get what I was looking for; I had some back and forth. Once they understood the problems, they were excellent in responding.

There was nothing much to my experience with them. They took my old hard drive and dumped all my stuff onto the new hard drive, which was something I was not particularly comfortable doing myself. The work turned out fine. It took a while to get it done. Initially, one of the new hard drives that they were putting on failed probably because of a manufacturer?s problem, so they put on a new one; it took an extra day for that. The total price including the labor and the part was just about $190. I have not had this kind of work done before, so I don?t know how the price would compare. If I had gone online and purchased the hard drive, for which they charged $85, I would have paid about $50 for it, but that was understandable; their price seemed to be within the right range. I had gone to them about four or five years ago and would use them again in the future if necessary.
