ABS OUTDOOR POWER EQUIP

Do not have this company do any work for you, I sent my lawn and garden tractor in for repairs, there is a known issue with my tractor and there are updated parts for the engine. I never recieved a phone call to update me on the status of the repair after two weeks so I stopped by and told tem to perform the repair. another two weeks went by no word from them, so I called and I was informed that parts had been ordered.another week went by no contact from from them to update me on the parts order status. So I called and was told that all the parts exept a few were in, so I told them I understand that parts can be out of stock (back ordered) Now I am 5 weeks into not being able to mow my lawn the grass is is knee high and I have an large lawn, still no update I called them and was told that the parts are still on back order I requested they call the manufacture too get an aproximate time frame on the release of the parts and I requested a phone call back and what do think happened no phone call! That was on a wednessday I waited untill the following Monday and I called to get the status on the parts. I was told they were still on back order. I waited another week and no update from them. so in the 8th week I called and requested the part numbers to see if I could find them from another vender, i was told that they would call me back with the information NO CALL. In the 9th week I was was going to pick up my tractor and find the parts myself do the repair myself and informed them of this the next day I went down to pick up the tractor and I was told that it would be ready the next day. I have strong that when I requested the part #'s they scrambled because they had the parts all along and just were too busy to get the job done. I have never had such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ANY PLACE IN MY LIFE !!!!!!! Do not have ABS POWER EQUIPMENT DO ANY REPAIRS FOR YOU!
