it's a great place to go if you know what you want fixed. always prompt about getting your vehicle returned to you when promised. very rarely do you have to wait beyond scheduled finish time. I can't recommend this place if you have an issue with your vehicle that needs troubleshooting. they sometimes guess at what the problem is, and won't work with you if they don't fix it, but you still have to pay them full price, and leave with the same issue.

Have been using Joe for over 25 years, before the current business was established. Joe and son Phillip take excellent care of me. They never do uneccessary work, even if you ask. Their integrety is above reproach. They are fair and honest and fix things right the first time. They stand behind their work. They take care of all the cars in our household. A secret jewel! Sometimes I may have to wait a few days for an appointment for routine work, because they are good they are often booked, but whenever I've had emergencies, he took care of them immediately or soon after. I would not go anywhere else! I cannot say enough about the great job I always get and have come to expect. On a scale of 1-10 Joe deserves an 11!

These guys always get us in as close to the time we call as possible and we rarely have to wait to be seen. The repairs are performed promptly and they are right in the downtown Claremont area which makes them that much more convenient. We have been rescued by their tow truck twice and the service was above and beyond. I've been using Joe's for several years now with no complaints what so ever. Their estimates are dead on. They have always been honest with me on repairs. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Check them out yourself.
