Very well. Hired in summer with warning it would be "November or December" before he could start, and that he didn't mind shoveling snow off the roof to install new, if it came to that. In early November he thought he might start around Thanksgiving. At Thanksgiving he thought he'd start early December. In mid December he predicted end of year or beginning of next, and did, in fact, start at end of December. Got one day of nice weather work done before a storm, then shoveled snow as necessary to keep going, including in single digig weather. Job done with 3-4 people instead of original 2 anticipated. Very cooperative in making minor changes, either that he suggested after finding out details he couldn't have known, or in response to my request. One spot not watertight overnight, but took responsibility and made repairs without hestitation. Work done in 6 full or partial days, so less than 2 weeks of calendar days including weekend, holiday, and 2 storm days.
Description of Work: Old roof stripped, new underlayment and roof on ~ 1000 sq feet of garage and breezeway. New 10 foot section of gutter, downspout, and dug trench for underground pvc pipe to drain downspout.
