I paid with my visa card. In front of me they put a sold ticket on the item. As agreed, I went back within 5 days of the purchase, I was told by the manager that apparently their was an error and it had been sold again. The store claimed there was no sold ticket on the item. I feel their should have been some system in place for the store to check all the items that are on hold or waiting to be picked up. If that system is already in place, the owner was negligent in checking that. Despite a prompt refund of my money, the business was negligent and unprofessional.
