Norman, the owner of the company, came himself by recommendation.
Not only did he research the property prior to our appointment but he showed up 10 minutes early. Called the day before just to confirm, and provided his report within 24 hours.
Extremely professional, courteous, thorough, and prior to leaving went over every aspect of his inspection so no surprises came up on the report.
