It was a major rebuilding and the quality of the work was great. He had some scheduling difficulties that he acknowledged; he had to subcontract some things that took longer than I thought it would. The agreed-upon price was fair and after the piano was fixed he came back and tuned it and fixed something else that had slipped. He was very nice, professional and knew his stuff. He did everything he said he was going to do and the piano has been great ever since.
