It was perfect. They're great. I give their name to everybody. I really do, when they're looking because they're so good. Their price is reasonable. They're not maybe the cheapest, but their work is quality and that's what we look for. With some of them, the price is high and they're not that good.

We had an existing porch, but they re-screened it so each section could be replaced. Squirrels make holes. The one that we had, you couldn't take one section out. It was ridiculous. So we had them do it in sections. At the same time, we now have plexiglass that we use in the winter. We take that out and we put the screens in. They did all of that and they gave us a new floor in the porch that needed replacement. It was just unbelievable. They're a very, very good company. The owner is a gentleman, really and truly. We've recommended him to a lot of people.

Bethal Builders LLC kept ed it simple, for a great price. Bethel Builder's. work ethic and always thinking of the vision. turns that vision into reality. Bethal's staff is a team of talent, and are all on the same page of the project. it's rare to see everyone "working together" this is a company you can trust and count on.

All the work done was to specifications and on time. Made some chnages to original plans and these were easily arranged with the builders. Very honest company to deal with. Would definitely use their services again.

Bethal Builders is the general contractor and builder for my project, which includes demolishing an existing home and deck and rebuilding. Includes spetic installation, excavation, foundation, etc of a new house. So far partway through foundation and everything is great! Hope to be able to still say that in a few months when all is done. Very responsive and professional. Quality and timeliness of work done so far very high. Provides great explanations and recommendations and handles issues well when they do come up. It's all good so far!

Started out ok. Then when he finished, said he would be back in the spring to plant grass seed. NEVER happened. When he sloped the yard so the water SHOULD run away from the house - he did the opposite and sloped it toward the house so when it rains now my basement floods. Had to call at least 10 times to get him to come back and fix the problem. He came back - but never fixed it. Had to rent a back hoe and other equipment myself, bring in fill and top soil and do it alone. NEVER call him.

"This amazes me, how forgetful and unfair this customer is being towards us. First of all it was a $8000 job of which she only had $5000.00. It was an emergency, their septic was flowing all over their yard and into their basement. They could not use their toilets or shower, she had a house full of kids was desperate. I felt bad, they were close by neighbors and we knew she was having a difficult time with her finances. We decided to try and help. I fixed her septic and got her back in operation. I could not spread the grass seed because it was winter. I never graded or even dug near the foundation, in fact the septic was 25' from the foundation! (that is NH state law) She called my office in the spring one time and asked if I would go and seed for her.I was very busy and knew it was not pressing and I admit I did not go right away... a couple weeks later I ran into her at the store and she asked me again. I explained to her that I would go over right away and I did that week. When I returned the yard was an absolute disaster, there was garbage, junk cars and debris all over the back yard. I raked and seeded the area of the septic and left. She never complained to me about anything else. I didn't know this was on here until 4 years later. I never graded around her house and her septic worked totally fine when I was done. I have built over 100 homes in this area, done all the site work myself, septic systems and grading. You can Google my name anywhere and if this is the only bad review you can find then I guess it goes to show you cannot make everyone happy. Im not sure why she wrote this poorly and wish I could have found a way to make her happy. Regretfully Fab Cusson"
