Very prompt and professional. The wooden stand work was extra (they did not charge me for that) because they felt the one there was not safe. Very pleased.

After a few phone call exchanges , Dana came to our home to view scope of job to determine an estimate for work. I was impressed with his experience in the trade (25+ years) and his no-nonsense old New Englander type attitude. Dana came highly recommended by the stone supplier company which was a plus. His price offer was not the lowest we recieved but was much lower than most estimates we got. Another plus. Once we decided to take next step with him, I met Dana at a local stone supplier to confirm style and look that we desired. Confirmed and agreed to offer and set date for install... Dana showed up on time. He painstakenly made sure to protect the new floors we recently installed and completed the project within two days as predicted. We were impressed with the quality of his work both during and after completion of the project. Looks great , very pleased. I would recommend him for sure.
