That was prior to having the lawn hydra-seeded. We did a major remodel job after that. It was a very good price for the amount of work he had, we have a crazy, challenging property here, and it involves a lot. He was fantastic. What he uncovered has been here for a while, we had a big hill, and it was solid granite when he exposed it. It is 50 feet by 15-20 feet high along my driveway. Down the driveway is another hill where he built the rubble wall, I wanted it coming towards the house, so he took it apart, and redid it. I give him high ratings and would use him again in the future.
