We've been really happy and pleased with them. Their price was pretty reasonable and their quality was excellent. They were very good and we recommend them. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

Did a good job of removing copper pipe beneath cottage on piers, then replacing with PEX plumbing close to floor, in preparation for spray foam insulation. Biggest problem was getting him to answer his phone to fix a leak with the refrigerator ice-maker. He does not reply to voice messages.

This was their second visit and their first visit was about a month ago. They took out some antifreeze out of the baseboard of the hot water system and heating system. The antifreeze was corroding some of the circulation pumps. So they reduced the amount of antifreeze by replacing the antifreeze in the water. So it still won't freeze. They also worked on a pump. They came in and he gave me a price estimate which was pretty close to what he charged. His crew seemed to be pretty competent. I am not a heating expert. They answered my questions. They went about the work in a professional manner. I was pleased with their work.

Ther ewere several problems, that could have been solved relatively easily. However, Partridge did not respond promptly to concerns. For example, one room did not heat adequately. Partridge did not respond to this concern. We had to call the reagional rep to get this evaluated. The regional rep came to the house with PArtridge and suggested adding another baseboard radiator, which Partridge did and it solved the problem. Another example was that the connection to the hot water heater he installed had a slow leak. I called him several times about this, with no response. The leak corroded the fitting all the way into the hot water heater tank, requiring that the hot water heater be replaced. After over six months I finally established contact with Partridge and he agreed to replace the hot water heater at no charge. The second hot water heater ALSO HAD A SLOW leak at teh fitting immediately after installation. Again, I started calling Partridge right away. After multiple calls were not answered, I finally reached him. He said he had received my messages, but that he was very busy installing heating systems based on the government subsidies for solar and geothermal heat. He promised to get back to me. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I again called the regional rep. They said it was Partridges issue, not theirs, but that they could recommend another company to come and look at the system. I did that, and ended up having the problem corrected by another company. I would NEVER use Partridge again. There was a demonstrated pattern of lack of concern/ lack of responsiveness regarding minor problems with his work that progressed to major problems.
